How RLX works

Text or email RED your flight number, airport, luggage-tag and claim-receipt pictures, and preferably pictures of the luggage.
- 02
Provide one delivery address or request storage at RED’s facility for up to five days.
- 03
Delivery is completed within three hours after you arrive at your home or destination, subject to baggage release, airport access, and airline delays.
What RLX $179 includes
- • One arriving flight and one collection.
- • Up to 6 standard checked pieces.
- • Or 3 checked bags and 2 golf clubs.
- • Or 4 checked bags and 1 golf club.
- • Delivery to one address or storage for up to five days.
- • Oversized pieces require advance approval.
Service is subject to airline baggage release, airport procedures, identification and authorization requirements, scheduling, and availability. Dangerous, illegal, perishable, or improperly packed items are not accepted.
