Delete your RED account.

RED clients can initiate deletion from Account → Legal & support → Request account deletion. Sign in below to open your account settings.

After confirmation, RED will verify and complete the request within seven days. The account and associated personal data will be removed, except for limited records that RED must retain for legal, tax, payment, safety, or dispute purposes.

If you cannot sign in, contact RED using the information below and state that you are requesting account deletion.
